  • Condition

    We keep things in the best possible condition, but all items are rented “as is.” Actual color may vary from the images shown due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

  • Cancelled Order + Refund

    No refund will be issued once rentals have left the room.

    Rentals that are confirmed and then canceled before delivery or pickup are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

    Occasionally items are damaged before a confirmed order is ready for delivery or pickup. In those rare occasions, we will make every effort to find a replacement or provide a refund for the paid rentals.

  • Payment

    We accept all major credit cards, ZELLE, Wire transfer and Venmo. Payment must be received before your order leaves our room.

  • Damage

    Instead of a security deposit, we require a credit card to keep on file for any missing, destroyed, or damaged items as well as any cleaning fees and/or overdue rentals. Customer is responsible for any damage to items. Damages may be billed as either a repair, cleaning fee, or an amount for depreciation up to the full cost--if destroyed.
